We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions. Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available on our Site. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount for your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery. We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. We will ship goods ordered  within two working days of receiving an order. We ship to all areas in Australia service by Australia Post. Orders should be received within 7-9 woring days.

6. Returns and Refunds. We strive to ensure the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. See our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property. All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Tawanduan Australia or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Returns and Refund Policy 

1. Returns and Refunds. We strive to ensure the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. No Shipping costs are refundable unless we shipped the wrong product. 

2. Once the goods have been received they will be inspected to determine whether the good/s have been unopened and in an unused condition. Refunds are only allowed for unopened goods. Shipping costs to return the goods is at the customer's expense. 

3. Once a refund request has been approved we will reimberse the customer for the purchase made within seven business days.

 4. Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
